Well it all depends how long or how far you plan on walking....I do 2-3 miles.* What I do is I do whatever I'm comfortable doing for about 5 min. to warm up.* Then I speed it up a bit to get my heart rate going, and change it every so often...I also add upper body movement in...wether it is bicep curls...circles...I like to switch it up.* So it should be whatever you are comfortable with, and that little extra that pushes you.

after warm up I jog at 5.0 speed for 4 miles then cool down.* It works for me!

All you treadmill joggers!* What speed do you jog?* I know its different for everyone.* Just wanted to see what range I should be in!
