RE: calorie question
You have all the websites you need for the info, but don't use it as Gospel.
As you lose weight you will obviously need less calories.
Also, you can get by on way less calories than most of those sites give (and still get 100% nutrition) but you have to be EXTREMELY careful about what you eat (basically nothing but salads without dressing or steamed veggies and a little bit of meat and a few nuts for each meal).* I try to do this once a week just to kick-start my weight loss and my total calorie count for the day is less than 800 but I'm full all day and I eat more fiber and* veggies and vitamins than I do on my 'normal' days where the calorie range is 1500 give or take.
