Just wear something you can be comfortable in.* Nothing too restricting.* I'm not a big fan of wearing shorts in public so I just wore a pair of capris that were like a cotton material and t shirt and sports bra.

Sweats and a t-shirt and good walking shoes.** I do have a pair of capri excercise pants but I am not always feeling it when I wear those.*** I do have a question so I am glad this question came up.
*
How important is it for us girls to wear a sports bra to the gym?* I haven't gotten one yet as they are so uncomfortable to me.

When I was a member, last year, a comfortable pair of sweats with an old big*T-shirt.* Now that I'm lighter and work out at home, comfortable sweats and smaller, tighter T-shirts.....sports bras are must!!*

I used to wear really baggy things...

Now that I am lighter, I like to wear more fitting things, so at least when I look in the thousands of mirrors surrounding me I look less like a bag lady!

I exercise at home rather than a gym and I have found that the best exercise clothes are shorts, sports bra and a T shirt that is loose at the neck. I get hot when I exercise burning those calories and with a sports bra I am able to take off my shirt and cool down some. I think that I would do the same at a gym because I don't like to get too hot. * *

I exercise at home too...I have to say, generally, I just wear shorts and a sports bra...or t-shirt. Depending. Then again, I'm not especially large chested, lol...still, I want the girls to stay as firm as possible, lol...

Thanks for the advice.* I get really hot when I exercise.* I think it is a combo of being way over weight and*one of the*medicine I am taking.* I perfer to be outside when I exercise.* I get dizzy on treadmills, *mainly when I get off.* It turned out to be a beautiful sunny afternoon here.*So I have my walk in for today already. *Great relief after several rainy and cold days.
