Hey Guys,
I think that for me, the biggest change has been internal. What I mean is this: on every other "diet" attempt I've made in the past, I've always felt "deprived" or something. Now, I've changed my MIND and realized that this is NOT a diet, but*a true lifestyle change. Sure, I've said it before, but this time, it was like a switch flipped in my head and I now actually BELIEVE it. And, I don't beat myself up. If I want to have a piece of cake, I'll calculate the points and have it if I want. (LOL, usually not, though, since like someone said--points are like money). But the point is that I'm making the choice to eat healthy because I WANT TO, not because I think I have to or should.
Other than that, I'd say I've added lots more whole grains (fiber!!) and fresh fruits and veggies into my diet, and also I'm really watching portion control. I'm one of those who could eat an awful*lot if I don't watch it, lol. And I find that if I eat lower cal/fat and higher fiber, I can still eat LOTS!! LOL. So, I just manage my food instead of it managing me.

Oh, and I forgot to add the one thing I thought I never could give up is pop.* In may when I first started here I started drinking diet and now I hardly drink any!*

my biggest change is ~* I never use to be a water drinker and now thats mostly all i drink.* Once in a blue moon will drink one can diet pop.
also to exercise i never was one for exercising.* Now I am walking between 2.65 and 3.31 miles a morning.*
learning how to control portions.
