Count me in....the last one I didn't do 2 well...this time no more excuses...i'm going all out...good luck all, this is the hardest time of year to do this.

I'm so happy we have so many people on this challenge!
So, here we go!* Starting on Labor Day, Tuesday, September 5th, we will all weigh in*and submit our starting weight (SW).* On each following Tuesday, we will submit our current weight (CW) and weight loss so far for the challenge.* Example: SW: 148* CW:146 WL: 2lbs*or whatever is easiest for you.
Be forwarned, I WILL email those that do not check in**(unless you tell me you no longer wish to participate)! Some of you guys said that you need the accountability, I'm not emailing to be a meanie!
Please remember to exercise and get plenty of water in everyday. Also, from time to time, I will post some helpful and/or motivating tips to see us through this challenge and you all can feel free to do the same. I can't wait to get started!

With the way my body hit's Plateau's every month I don't know if I"ll make the whole 32 l bs but, I'll definitely give it a try!...
