would love to take part. I dont know the details for I am new to this site. Sounds like fun. I was on a challenge this past summer for two months. Lost 6 pounds which was great for me. One day at a time, one pound at a time.

I'm in...I refuse to mess up another challenge.* I think I was only going for about 25 pounds by then, but 30 is good too.* I'm ready to really make this happen since I'll be earning some money so I can buy some new clothes that fit!

In case*anyone is wondering, I picked 30lbs because....you should safely only*lose*1-2 poundsper week....there are 16 weeks between Labor Day and Christmas.....2lbs/week for 16 weeks would be 32lbs......and since I thought a 32 pound weight loss goal*might be*weird......
