Heya. I've just joined.
I am Bella, I am 19 years old and I live in Norfolk, UK.
I currently weigh between 146lbs and 141lbs depending what time of the day I weigh myself. I am 5ft4in.
Ok this is why I want to lose weight.
I am not happy with the way I look, none of my old clothes fit me and I have no energy. I know my BMI says I am not overweight but I am not happy and I really want to change that.
My ideal weight is between 108lbs and 115lbs. I know some of you will say that's quite small but it's still within the healthy limit and last time I was truely happy with the way I looked I was about 108lbs. Basically I just want my BMI to be below 20 and I will be happy.
I don't really have a set diet at the moment. I am a vegetarian, however I eat fish as I think it is very good for, esp as I am trying to lose weight. So I am just going to try to not eat fast food, bread, pasta and stuff like that.
My main change will be my activity level. I currently don't do an awful lot. I hate being cold so I don't like going out walking but I guess I am going to have to suck it up and get out there, because I can't afford a gym membership. I do have a Wii with Wii Fit and Wii active, well it's my boyfriends but it lives around here, so I am going to try to use this as much as possible.
My goal is to burn at least 600 calories a day and limit how much I eat to between 1200 and 1400.
I am looking to meet some people who can possibly help to motivate me as I am very lazy and I am willing to admit that. Also people who can swap recipes with me because I love cooking new things =D
