Thumbs up Hey there! Excited to meet you all :D

Hi everyone,
My name is Cheyenne! I am a young adult, and have always been "big"
Not really unhealthily big, but I am six feet tall, and I have a large frame, so the extra weight i ALSO have, has GOT to go! I feel like I look like a freak compared to my average height girl-friends :/ And I think losing weight will help me fit in at least a bit more.

I am on a swim team, so I have practice every day for two hours. It's a very good workout, but apparently not enough to keep me in perfect condition Oh well, that is why i am here, ready to learn, and get thinner!

So, right now I am 197 pounds
Bleck! That's gotta go! My goal weight is 160 pounds. It sounds so far away, but I'm so ready for the journey! my mini goal is 180 pounds

I'm not really sure how long I should hope to lose this by? Does anyone have ideas? If so, please let me know. Also interested in any extra fitness ideas, healthy secrets, or just friendly hellos and buddy requests
