Default How much water is enough?

There are*different opinions on how much water is enough.* Some sources say drink 6-8 8 oz. glasses a day.* Some say drink a 16 oz. bottle of water every hour, especially in the heat.
There is such a thing as drinking too much water.* Just as with not drinking enough, drinking too much can cause problems.
A good barometer of the adequacy of your water intake is your urine output.* If your urine is dark and strong smelling, you are not getting enough water.* But if it is very light colored, almost clear, and pretty much odorless, you are getting enough fluid, even if you don't drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day.

That's good info.
I actually drink less water that I used to because it was making me get up two or three times a nite.
You don't need as much water if you eat a lot of fruits & veggies too as they have high water content.
I drink normal amounts throughout the day but then don't drink anything after 5PM.* It's really made a positive difference for me.

Yeah, the tip to stop drinking a few hours before bedtime is great.* I finally got a full night's rest when I started
