I wanted to introduce myself, I am Angel.
I have for many, many years off and on been trying to loose weight. I would go on one and excercies then after 2 mo quite.
I have been on the weight lost since* late June of this year and continuing to excercies.**I am happy about that. :-)
I have had to stop last week because I was ill but I am fine now and ready to start again!
I was doing 2 mile walking indoors with "Leslie Sanson" but I will go back to 1 mile since I was sick and had to stop then I will work my way up to 2 miles again. I love it and it's nice walking indoors you walk back and forth, go foward and have this band that goes around your tummy she says "Leslie Sanson" that it contracts the musles so that they are working while you are walking and you have these 2 bands with handles and you go up and down, side to side with them.
Has any one else tried this excercies and how did you like it?
Well I need to go now but I am hopping to meet all of you on here. And I hope all of you had a safe, fun and good weekend.
