Unhappy Need Help - Getting Discouraged

43 yr old female. 155 lbs. Keeping journal and eating 1100-1200 calories per day. Drinking 90-100 oz water daily. Work out twice a week for 1 hr each with a trainer lifting weights. Walk daily on treadmill, interval training for at least 40 minutes, running every 1/8 mile. Not losing weight. Getting discouraged. What am I doing wrong?
