I am 27 years old with a 3 year old and a 1 year old, as well as a previous 4 month pregnancy that ended in a 2nd trimester miscarraige. Pre-pregnancy I was close to about 130, after my 2nd pregnancy I was able to get down to about 150, and now after my 3rd baby I am 175, down from 195 at delivery. I have dealt with not only the weight from having 3 babies in 4 years, but also many depression and anxiety issues stemming from my loss. As a teen I suffered from mild anorexia, weighing just 106 at my lightest, having been the "fat kid" most of my childhood. My weight has always been an issue, thin or fat, and I am trying now to focus on being healthy rather than just skinny (not that I dont want to be thin). I hope to find time to log in here a couple of times a week and keep the motivation I have now.
