Definately in the morning. Not only does it pump up your energy levels (be sure to eat a healthy and balanced breakfast) but by exercising in the morning your body boosts your metabolism and it keeps working at a higher rate throughout the day.

Although I'm sure exercise at any point is good for you really

Morning is best they say.* That way you tend to eat better because of the workout.* Plus all that energy.* I can't do any cardio past a certain time in the evening or I am wired for sound and can't get to sleep.* Go with the flow.* See what your body tells you.* I have been told that if you workout real early in the morning like between 5-7 am...to workout on an empty stomach.* If you get light headed then eat something light.* If you workout later in the morning then make sure you do eat a healthy breakfast.* Who really knows.* There are so many contradictions.* Do what works best for you.

MORNING EXCERISE HELPS YOU TO GET READY FOR THE DAY, WHEREAS EVENING EXERCISE HELPS YOU TO WORK OFF SOME OF THE CALORIES YOU ACQUIRED DURING THE DAY.

Morning may be best but the truth is, whatever fits into your schedule & motivation is the best.
I usually workout at lunch because that's when the gym's empty and I still am motivated & have time,
but that's just what works for me.
If I try to wait until the end of the day - I'll come up with a million excuses to blow it off.

It's like everything....ask the experts and they will tell you different opinions.....BUT by far, the majority seems to think and I agree, that morning exercise is the best.

ffice:smarttags" />They say morning b/c you'll burn more calories, but as the others said you'll get a different answer each time you ask... lolfficeffice" />>>
A.M. workouts will get you off on the right track, while evening workouts may keep you up...* Someone mentioned that evening workouts burn off end day calories, but keep in mind trying to eat your heavy meals(heavy foods/most of your calories) during the day(lunch), while you should eat light and consume less calories during the day. >>
