Hi I am new here and trying to figure out this Great Website! I am happy that I found it!! I am getting ready to walk on the Treadmill,make a list of Veggies to get at the Grocery Store and download some new songs for my workout!!! I am going to try hard to reach my Goal weight! I hope that I will get lost of "Buddies" when I return so that we can "Cheer each other on" HINT, HINT!!!!
