Single, 30's, female, overweight....looking for people in the same boat

Hi, I've just joined up after deciding I REALLY need to do something about my weight.

I have no idea how this site words.... care to share your experience?

Heya Kate, Im in the same boat, thats why i signed up here, try and make myself do what i know i need to do.
I have to admit the site is very comprehensive and have learned a lot from playing around with the site.
If you have any questions let me know, i know that im a newb as well but maybe i can help
