Default Drink, Drink, DRINK!!!

BuddySlim buddies, I think everyone has heard that you should drink at least 8, 8 oz. glasses of water a day and this is even more focused on when you're keeping a diet. The question is, why should you drink all this water?* There are a number of reasons and this little tip will show you why.**

*First off, water is zero, yes ZERO calories, and it achieves this amazing feet with absolutely no chemicals or mystery sugar substitutes.* There is no caffeine, no chemicals, no calories, and very beneficial for the body.* Drinking water will help to flush out bad toxins, get your kidney's, and even help your metabolism speed up a bit.*

We've all heard this saying, "Drink a glass of water before shopping",* the reason for this is that water helps to curb those hunger pangs that you'll get while you're on a diet.* If you drink water before you eat, you'll notice that you feel fuller on less calories, which is needed especially on the first few days on a diet.*

Another tip for dieting is to drink cold water.* Yes, cold water, besides making the water taste a little better, will also help to speed up your metabolism.* When you drink cold water your body will warm it up and subsequently it speeds up your metabolism just a little.*

There is one other thing, when you're losing weight, especially if you're losing the weight very fast, your body will release some toxins that might have been stored in the fat.* This is where drinking water comes in, you drink water, it flushes out the bad toxins.* I know drinking water isn't exactly a thing to party over, but it is a helpful tip and you should incorporate it into your daily diet, even if you aren't trying to lose weight, it is a much better substitute then those zero caloriet diet drinks.* So, drink, drink, DRINK!

I sure agree with you about water. My family drinks alot of water. We use to have a fridge with water in the door. (loved it) We drink more water than anything (pop or juice very little) When we moved in Feb. the fridge went with the sale of our motel. So our new place couldn't fit a water fridge But we bought a water cooler. It has a built in filter in the 4 gal. water jug. I bet I fill it up 1 1/2 times every* two days. It was a great purchase and I don"t need to be running out for water jugs all the time.We always have water bottles going.I feel so much better when I get my water in every day. (prob 10-15 glasses a day)*

I have a water bottle that holds 64 oz. that I fill in the morning and keep in the fridge and just drink from it. That way when it is empty I know I have had my 8 glasses of water. If I go somewhere I take it with me. Sometimes at night I will fill it half full and put it in the freezer and then fill it the rest of the way in the morning so I have really cold water, at least to start with.
