Hello and welcome to the Slim! Whether you are just starting your weight loss journey or looking for a new beginning let us just say congratulations on taking the first step, being accountable on BuddySlim.

To help you kick start your program and/or help you along with the site, please don't hesitate to contact myself and I'll get you set up with your very own BuddySlim Coach that can help you with any S.O.S's during your stay here. Sometimes having that person to give you a little extra in the beginning makes ALL the difference in you forming new habits that you can then keep the momentum going all on your own, along with your Coach should you request, as well as all the awesome Slimmers you'll meet on this site in the meantime.

If you want to opt out on having a Coach still take a minute to jot down a little introduction about yourself. It doesn't need to include your weight loss goals and/or previous experiences, it can include anything at all about yourself. We all know we are here for a common purpose and that's just one thing that we all can relate to so don't be shy and jump on in, there are plenty of slimmers here waiting to hear from you!
