New here too!!

I am new here. I am a SAHM to three kiddo's. I have about 75 pounds I want to lose, but more importantly I just want to learn how to eat appropriately and get in shape. I am looking foward to making some weight loss buddies along the way! Anyhoo good luck to all of us :0)
