Hi...

My name is Emily and I'm looking to lose about 30-35 pounds, give or take. I'm looking for some support.

I think that my basic problem (besides lack of exercise) is my relationship to food. I have a binge tendency, though I think I (normally) eat less than in an actual binge. Eating is a momentary pleasure that ends up making me feel crappy in the end...I keep telling myself that but the pull is really strong.

I lost about 70 pounds on Jenny Craig while in high school and have gained about 30 of it back. I'd like to lose the weight and get toned/healthy, but I'd really like to learn some control. I know it won't matter how slim I get if I still have those grasping tendencies with food.

Hey, I understand how you feel. I can tend to binge as well, it's only a momentary pleasure. I'm looking to get around 120 as well. Good luck, you can do it.
