Hi Shari, welcome. I have found a lot of support here at bs. I think the most helpful advice was not to set my mini goals too high. If you set it at 10% of your current weight you will get there quicker and it is so rewarding you are more motivated to reach the next one. I seem to be stalled out at 175....snacking in the afternoon is my biggest struggle. Sooooo, I had this bright idea of giving up snacking for lent. I figure I can't lie to God, right? lol Seriously, lent starts Ash Wed, (Feb 6) and ends Easter Sunday. That's 40 days of no snacking. Has to have the desired result. We'll see.
