Default Help me become motivated!

Hello everyone!
I just started on buddy slim today!
I wanted to see how many people out there think that the weather changes their diet and exercise program???
During this summer, I was walking everyday with my dog for about 30-45 mins in a fast-paced walk. After I would get done with that, I would take my bike and ride it to the gym (about 1/2 mile away) and go on the elliptical for another 30 mins. On those days that I just "couldn't" get to the gym, I would mae sure I walked more.
Those were the days that in which I was more active and more motivated!
What happened?
The weather!!! Its dark and cold (like below freezing)! That cold salad makes me too cold and that sandwich is just not enough!!! Not to mention that we are in the worst part of the year for dieting--------we all know it:
THE HOLIDAYS!!!!
Yes, butter, chips and dips, soups, stews and everything that is not good for you beckens you to eat it!!!!!
How can I stop???
I can just throw everything away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, is there anyone out there that has any suggestions for dieting and exercising this time of year????
