Just happend across this site and thought maybe this is what I need.* I have many health issues (failing kidneys is one of them).* I need to lose weight and have no clue how to go about it.* I have been making excuses saying it is just water from my kidney disease but I am thinking it might be that I am lazy.* Looking for support as I try to start a new life.* Need help knowing how to go about it.* Thanks,
