Hi! Newbie here lol...

Hey all! I am Susy. I have been overweight my whole life, and at the beginning of this summer I joined the Kimkins diet plan. It did wonders, I lost 40 pounds in 2 months. But felt absolutley horrible while doing it. So I stopped it and lost another 10 pounds on my own. That's a total of 50 in a little over 3 months. I have at least 65 more pounds to lose and would like to lose it by the following spring. I am not following a diet plan, just doing it on my own and watching my calories and fat and such. I joined this site because I know that all the support helps in so many ways. Oh, and if anybody wants a diet buddy, I am right here lol...
