Where do I start?

I joined buddyslim a few days ago but never really searched what was on this site until today. I really like the idea of the exercise team but I dont know how to join one. Also what should I be aiming at in terms of the calories? There is a bunch of stuff on the counter that I have no clue what it is. Any help would be great! Thanks!
