Joining a team

Hi everyone!

I just joined a few days ago and am really wanting to dive into all buddyslim has to offer as a nework. I'm very interested in joining a weight loss challenge team. I think it will be a great motivation and help me really connect with others on the site, but I don't know if there are any slots available or which team is right for me. Does anyone have the scoop on the 3teams?
