Hey all

I have never been here before..but i really need help to lose weight. i hate to actually have to admit it, but i do. My family eats junk all the time...my husband and I live at home with my mom. My husband and I just moved back in after some hard times. Before this, I lost 30 pounds on SB...but now I have gained about 15 back...and I am so upset about it. I want to lose a total of around 30 more. I am 188 right now.(tears fall down my face) I would be so happy to be even 160. Just thought I'd say hello...I am 26 with one child...well, two counting the husband.
