Default Trying to lose post-baby fat; and Food Journal Question

Hi all,

Would love to hear from others in my boat. I was 175 pounds when I got pregnant, but in reasonably good shape, fairly toned, and somehow a size 12. I could still shop in juniors. Now, I'm 207, a size 16, and so untoned and out of shape that none of my pre-pregnancy clothes, or shoes, or jewelry, fit!

I've joined a gym, but have not been going as often as I should. I also realized that I'm still eating like I'm pregnant, so I'm trying to really pay attention to calories. I have never in my life had to do that before. I've always had a pretty high metabolism and have been a size 10-12 since my teens with no effort. Well, guess those days are long gone! I seem to have the metabolism of a sloth now. I could probably gain one pound just from drinking a diet coke.

Anyhow, would love to get advice from others who've lost the baby weight.

Also, does anyone know if it is possible in the Food Journal to go back to a previous day? I didn't enter my food for yesterday and wanted to do it today, but can't figure out how.

i lost my baby weight by doing low carb..
also i believe the food journal you can go back by clicking on the little arrows next to the date..
