Default Howdy Y'all!

Hi, I am fairly new here. What a great place! I Love the Food Journal . I have some serious weight to lose and am finally serious about losing it! I just need a plan.

Right now I am increasing my activity - sweating at least 30 mins a day and making every food choice I make CONSCIOUSLY!! I try to eat as much Real food as possible - avoiding sugar, caffine and processed food.

I have been on Body for Life and WW a couple of times. I have lost significant amounts but then put it back on with more to follow. Which is what scares me now. I can gain any more weight!!! So I want to lose slowly and make this a perminant way of life.

I have seen so many success stories here. It is very encouraging. I need someone to help me keep on track and focused. This looks like it could be the place.

Howdy, Joleen! Sounds like you are ready to dive right in! It is definitely a change in life that has to be made for success. I am in the same boat you are. I have been up and down and I had just reached my heaviest when I decided to get serious about this again. Good luck and hopefully you and I will be a success story on here also!
