Hi! I am Heather. I am so happy to have found this site...problem though!..I am having a hard time understanding the food and exersise log. is there a spot that has how many calories I should be aiming for a day?..if ther is which number is it?...I feel soooo stupid!

Haha, you and me both. I can't figure out how to do a lot of things. I have redone my profile a few times before it finally stuck and I have changed this stupid red apple a few times but everytime I check, once again, I am an apple. Hahahaha. It's pretty funny! Well, anyhow, I am glad to know I am not the only one who finds it hard to get this all started.

Everyone has the creative sites. I am having a heck of a time just getting the basics. My site wont let me post journal entries and my e-mail on the problem has yet to be answered. Did anyone else have troubles and can you suggest how to fix??
