Positivity and despair! I need help!

Hey I'm Laura and I'm nineteen. Ive always been a little bit overweight, but I was so depressed about it that I gave up on myself and now I'm the weight I am- 230 pounds, which at 5'7'' is actually obese. I cant believe what I'm looking at in the mirror, I cant believe I'm OBESE. Its a word I never thought would apply to me, I still dont think its sank in! SO while my levels of despair about my body are going up and down, for the first time in a long time I have the positivity to do something about it. I just need help.

I'm never gona be skinny, I just dont want to be like this anymore.
