newbie joined today

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Dan I live in the Uk. I am dieting for the umpteemth time and this time is gonna be magic. I have alot to lose and gonna take it one day at a time. I hope to make some buddies on here for some support as I need alot of that.
