Has anyone tried the "Slim Fast" diet? How does it work? I just started it yesterday...

I did the Slim Fast Diet durring the 1990\'s I lost 20 pounds, but then got a boyfriend who took me out to eat big restauraunt meals and gained the 20 pounds back. Went back on the Slim Fast Diet when I broke up with the boyfriend and lost the 20 pounds again, but then I got anouther boyfriend to take me out so I gained it back. This time when I wanted to lose weight I wanted a diet that taught me to eat right, so I won\'t do so much of the loose and gain it back thing.

I was on Weight Watchers about 4 years ago and lost about 30 pounds. I only gained 10 back in 4 years. Now I\'m trying to lose another 20 for Hawaii in August.

That is great that you were able to keep your weight down after WW. They do teach you how to eat healthy balanced meals. I found this sight that rates different diets and Slim Fast is one of the diets that they rate.

I am on the slim fast optima diet and it is awesome, I have lost 21 pounds in 2 months. I am really happy with it, they give you complete meal plans, shopping lists, recipes, everything you need and it is free. Good luck!!!
