Hi everyone I am new to this site. Just a few weeks ago My wife helped me get started on track to losing weight again. She has kept me going each and every day. Had not been for her I would nt be able to keep going. She has helped me with my diet and pushed my to excercise daily. Believe it or not I used to Love to Excercise but since we had Kids it has been hard. I can say that because of my wife I have been able to lose almost 10 pounds already. I know that this is just the begining but it feels great that i Have a person that I live with that is helping me along the path to my success.
