Default Water?

Hello everybody! I look forward to getting to know you all. This is my first day here.
I have a question for you pros. How do you get all of your water in during the day? It's already 2:20 and I haven't even had 1 yet. My goal is 6 per day. I just don't like drinking water. I am totally addicted to soft drinks. Any suggestions on how to get myself to drink that water?

Hey Becky. I always keep a bottle of water close at hand. I\'ll have my coffee in the morning, but my water is my constant companion. I keep a bottle on my night stand, on the end table, on my desk...I usually have 3-4 open at the same time, just so there\'s always one handy!!
And if it will help...try Crystal Lite drink mix. Anything sugar-free, caffiene-free, carbonation-free and sodium-free will work.
