Hi, Im Fat & newbie

hi george- you're so awesome for deciding to try to lose weight. you should be really proud of yourself. just keep reminding yourself that you DESERVE to have a healthy long life. I agree that shopping is the WORST. I hate looking in the mirror, especially when I can remember how good I looked 20 or 30 pounds lighter. But ya know- we'll get there. We will. Just keep going. And if you cave to the cravings or indulge some night out- don't kick yourself too hard, just get back on the wagon as fast as you can. You're going to do great... just take it day by day.
