Hello All Newbies!!!

Okay...This is a VERY general welcome to all you Newbies out here...
I have been somewhat caught up in life for the last few weeks, and have not been able to properly welcome you or to comment on all your blogs...
I do read them though, honest...Dont tell my boss, but thats what I do most mornings!
So Welcome to you all...I have been here since September and this site is awesome. You definitely get out of it what you put into it...
