Default One week down

This is my first week on this sight. I am so sick of dieting well no "life change" I've been doing it all my life and hopfully with all the support out there I will be able to make the right choices and learn from my mistakes. ......

I agree with making small changes one day at a time! Then you get use to doing them everyday and eventually the change just comes natural! Make small changes one day at a time! We\'re all here to support you! Kayless

Hi Shelly. Life change is better than diet! And it\'s true that you don\'t want to change too much too quick. That could be your downfall!

And Kama...6 lbs the first week is great, but don\'t get discouraged if it\'s way below that the next weigh-in. The first week is almost always big. 1-2 lbs a week is closer to the norm.
