Default Hey Ya'll.

I'm new too. I have no idea how this works but I do know I need some support to get this weight off-I don't know where to start! I never had to worry about it but it's like I woke up one day and wow- I realized I was huge. I'm awake now though and I'm determined today is the day. I'm starting today and I am committed to it. I am also still new to the area I live but have a gym membership here and am going to force myself to go there. Thanks-

Just remember that to lose weight you have to exert more calories than what you take in. So eat fewer calories and burn more calories. Someone just recenlty told me that. Duh! As simple as that sounds, it can be hard. You can do it. 1 pound at a time. Lisa
