Sit ups or crunchies.* I absolutly hate doind them, I would rather just have a flabby stomache then do a crunchie* but I did order an ab roller from ebay, I used to use one back in high school and it is one of the few things that work my stomache that I can stand to do.*

Good question Briana...I have wondered the same thing... I have heard that once you get a flabby stomach from having babys that there is no hope....I hope this is wrong.

Well, what I've been doing that's really helped shrink my stomach is "Pilates"...Coming down from 312lbs I didn't think that there would be "ANYTHING" that would help.....B/c I use to be completly " ROUND"..lol...Now I finally have a waist again..I know I still have a long way to go..But, doing Pilates daily is really making a "Huge" difference!

when i do any activity I put on my waist trimmer belt. It helps with*losing all the water weight in that area. I also do crunches and leg lifts because they reaaaaaally works out the lower part of the abdomen. Just one thing, Dont push out your stomach when your are lifting your legs or your body up b/c it will cause your abdomen to protrude. Always contract your muscle when you are exhaling. Make sure to do a lot of twisting thingy!

This is a great question that I was wondering about as well because I have had 2 children by c-sections and they would have to be a miracle for my stomach to say goodbye

The combination of strength training via crunches, pilates or whatever along w/ continued weight loss (or just maintaining) will take care of everything.

You need to do both, otherwise you will always have the extra love handles.
