[FONT=\"Courier]There is no way to spot train. So you can work the muscles in that area, which is great and highly recommended, but that wont neccesarily make that area smaller. Focusing on stregnth training, cardio, and your diet will lead to weight loss. Eventually the fat in those hard to get places will come down, but it really just takes time. Everyone stores fat in different places. I store mine in my belly, too. Ive seeing some changes, but it has been slow going. The last of the pounds I am working to loose is in the hopes that it takes care of my belly are.[/font]
