what makes a man not want anything to do with you,after 3 1/2 yrs? i don't get it. if u love someone your suppose to show affection, no matter how long you've been together. am i ugly,fat,anattractive? what?

You're not any of those things.* And if he's using those as an excuse, it's not you, it's him.* Some people just don't know how to show affection.* And sometimes people get in a rut and just let affection cool off.

I think you should sit down with him and have a talk.* And if things don't look better, I'd consider making some changes.* You can't put your life on hold forever for someone that doesn't know what he wants.

here is the breakdown- i've been through welfare with him & his kids. i took the kids in when their mom lost them do to living with a childmolester. i've been there for him so many times. he's been there for my 3 surgeries & my aunts death @ the 1st of this yr. now, that i need him the most, he pushes me away. is he scared? i've tried talking i've even wrote him letters telling him how i feel. what else is there left to do? does this mean he's cheating? he sleeps in his chair more than the bed. we've made love once in 2 months.

i've Been There.* I Know What You Are Going Thru.* Basicly All I Did Was Give Him Time.* I Left Him Alone And Not Spoke To Him Only When He Wanted To Talk.* I Thought He Was Moving Out.* He Even Threaten To Do That.* I Said Fine Leave.* He Still Here And We Are Talking And Everything Is Like Nothing Happened.* I Think It Was Just Like A Mid-life Crisis He Was Turning 30 And It Was Really Getting To Him.*

is it possible that drugs might be involved? dumb question, but really, that makes people alianate themselves from their loved ones...

Well like the girls said..it could be so many things....cheating, drugs, or he just need plain old space.* I would wait a few days and don't push the issue..when he is ready, he'll be there.* But if this goes on for weeks then I would honestly sit down with him and tell him* what you feel.* If he doesn't want to hear it, then you know what to do..if he is willing to talk and work things out, then that is even better
