I've mentioned it before, but if you're a member of Netflix, they have hundreds of workout videos, you can rent them to see which ones you like before you go out & buy them.

Walk Away the Pounds are simple and great for begginers, but I got bored with them pretty quick.
I LOVE Tae Bo.* Great cardio and toning.
Also, if you have kids with a PS2, Kinetics is the most awesome thing ever!

Ive actually been doing the Biggest Loser video during the week then on Saturday i like to do Tae Bo.

Beginner, I'd recommend anything by Denise Austin...I really like her.* When you get into it, I HIGHLY recommend the Slim in 6 series by Debbie Seibers because it WILL reshape your body.*
