Maybe if you smoke the beans, it will help.

Okay, I've been without a cigarrette for FOUR full days (but who's counting ).* I'm looking for anyone that quit smoking successfully and can tell me how they got through the times when cravings were tough.* So far, I haven't had one of those days when I want a cigarette so bad, I'd kill to get one (although I did see a homeless guy having a cigarrette a couple days ago and came close to offering him $20 for it) but I think I have a good plan when it happens.* Still, I would appreciate any advice, input on how to get through this time and need to know when it will get easier........THANKS!!*

When I quit smokeing I was in the hospital with kidney stones and kidney problems for 2weeks. Could not smoke in there! So thats when I quit for 6years!! Never missed em. Then Last March I was stupid and had 1 cig which led to me smokeing again!! I could just kick myself in the a**!!! Then I tell myself Ill quit again soon! And I will when I get my head out of my butt!! I felt so much better!! With time you don't even miss them at all. It was wonderful. My advice, don't smoke even one!You have been through the worst part already. Just a little time and you will forget about them altogether!

when I quit smoking before...what I did was but up some carrots...(almost shaped like a ciggy.).* That helped out a lot, because I loved the motion of smoking...that helped out a lot.

I don't count points or anything like that but virtually all beans (legumes) are really good for you.
They're high in fiber and nutrition and they do fill you up.

Food that are higher in fiber (like beans) are sometimes higher in calories, but that's OK, the extra fiber kind of cancels out the extra calories.
