Marilyn - find an oriental grocery store and get some Ballerina tea.* It's in a green box.* It will keep you cleaned out.* Now, read this carefully.* Do not drink more than one cup a day.* It's best to drink it in the evening, just before you go to bed.* When you get up the next morning, be prepared for some urgent trips to the bathroom.* The first couple of days you my have cramps, but they'll go away after you've completely evacuated your bowels.* And after the first couple of days, you won't have cramps anymore...at least I didn't.* This stuff keeps you cleaned out.* You can drink it hot or cold, and you can sweeten it or not.* If you want, the first time you can brew up a cup and drink only half of it, then have the other half the next time.* I made the mistake of drinking a couple of cups one ofter the other.* Believe me, you don't want to do that.* I drink a cup every evening.

well Its rainy and windy here too~* I went shopping with my daughter this morning.* Came home and was a bum crawled under blamket and napped~

Making Halloween costumes.....Nothing worth buying at the store.* I've just finished the vest for a rodeo clown.* Gotta finish taping the spots on the puppy (double sided fabric tape so we can use the sweatshirt after tuesday) and make a name tag for the nurse (that'll teach her for giving me the "I don't care what I am" junk!).*
Not sure what we are doing tonight.* Maybe going to town.* It's so cold tonight I don't want the kids to be out trick or treating in this weather.*

I just got off the phone with my Dad.* They're getting ready to go to the Halloween party at the senior's dance.* They were going to go as Sonny & Cher...Lois was going to be Sonny and Dad was going to be Cher...but they decided to just go as a couple of hippies.* I told them I'd better get some pictures!!* When I do, I'll post one so y'all can see why I'm so crazy!!!!

Sorry I am late today...Busy weekend...I am baby sitting my 5 year old nephew...WHAT A HOOT he is! Clever little boy...He has made me laugh all day...And we are watching the Buckeyes, of course, and yes, they are winning...

Tomorrow is DH and mine 12 year anniversary so we are going to dinner and a movie...I am very excited...

I have stayed on track all weekend, and exercised like crazy, so feel really really good...

Well, we braved the weather to go trick or treating!* I got the costumes finshed 30 minutes before we walked out the door!* Fun.* I think we will carve pumpkins tomorrow after church.* Round two of trick or treating (where we normally go) is tuesday.* Supposed to be just as cold......Brrrr....

Two days of trick-or-treating?* Wow!!!!* They're not doing any around here til Tuesday.* I bought candy, but I kinda doube if I'll have any little ghouls or gobblins knocking on my door.
