I don't feel like weighing in today I am almost positive I didn't loose and most likely gained....I know I need to be accountable but feel like flaking it off.** So I guess I need to get a kick in the butt from you guys to motivate me to go.

I have found it is the BEST way to keep going...To weigh in EVEN when you know its not been a stellar week...
First, you may be pleasantly surprised, and may have lost!
But if not, then its put down in writting, and adds more accountability...You can then set about making a change for next weeks weigh in...

You have to pay for it anyway (I'm pretty sure),*you might as well go and get a little inspired by your group leader and everyone else.* Plus you always get good tips or recipes when you go, at least you will have fun.
