I feel the same way Paula.* I'm here at work and I check into the site all the time jsut to keep me motivated and let me knowthat I'm not the only one who is going through this

I log on first thing in the morning and keep*BuddySlim open all day.* I'll do other things but I almost always come back here every few minutes and refresh so I can see if anything new comes up.

We have created our own little family okay maybe not so little but thats whats cool about this site...We can all relate to each other and not feel like we are boring anyone with our weight issues...I can talk to my husband about it just like Mary said but It isn 't the same and he can only relate to a extent because although he is over weight as well he has not gotten to the point where he wants to loose the weight.
