I get an english muffin and put one egg and some low fat cheese and some healthy choice ham slices like an egg mcmuffin and it is very good.. I think it becomes like a 4 or 5 point breakfast

Egg Beater scrambles or omlets are awesome, because they are low in fat/cholesterol and you can really go heavy on the veggies to start your day off with high protein & fiber meal to keep you going.* You can also use eggos and top them with your favorite canned fruit (drained well) and a bit of fat free cool whip.. this satisfies the morning sweet tooth!* Also, fat free yogurt with frozen mixed berries (like blueberries, red rasberries, sliced strawberries) it's like a McDonalds parfait... and is good with a slice of toast for breakfast or a light snack throughout the day.

I try to mix it up a little, lol. I do the occasional egg/whole grain muffin or bagel. I also like whole grain mini bagels--only 2 points each and not that mini!! You can put that "I can't believe it's not butter" spray on it for 0 points. Or a little FF cream cheese.
I don't like oatmeal. However, I'm considering trying that new weight control stuff as I've heard it's good and has lots of fiber. Sometimes I do cold cereal (always high fiber). It just depends. I usually have the same thing each day for a week, then I change it up a bit.

And remember, breakfast doesn't always have to be "breakfast" food. Whatever works for you. For example, two pieces of whole grain bread (2pts) and 6 slices of Deli Select lunch meat (Hillshire farms--1 pt) makes a great sandwich.

Breakfast is my fav. meal..I like to switch it up a little like this morning I had 1 C. of strawberry yogurt, 1/2 banana, and 1/4 c. of granola, I also like making 1/2 of english muffin, egg, with a slice of cheese...I don't use the top half of the english muffin.

How about oatmeal, Raisin Bran or Special K.* Those three are my favorites.* You can also get English muffins that are very low point and put a little fat-free cream cheese or sugar-free fruit spread on them.* Cottage doubles are also good, but I just take fat-free cottage cheese and add sugar-free fruit spread or fruit canned in juice like crushed pineapple.
Hope this helps.
