Well, I'm thinking about beef stew.* We got a package deal on steaks a couple of weeks ago so we have a freezer full.* One package is*cut for kabobs (even has the skewers with it).* I'm thinking of cutting some of them to bite size chunks*and making a chunky stew with them.
But what I really want is a grilled salmon filet seasoned with some fresh ground pepper and lemon juice with a baked potato and some fresh broccoli.* Now that's a meal I could live on, but Micheal doesn't like seafood, so I only get that if we go out.

You can bake it...just put it in the pan skin side down.* When it's done, the skin will slide right off.

I made this weight watchers recipe for meatloaf last night and it was really good and easy!**
Meatloaf

*fficeffice" />>>

1 lb lean 93% ground beef
1 box whole wheat stove to pstuffing
1 cup ff chicken broath
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
mix and fill 12 muffin tins bake at 350 for 35 minutes

>>

It is only 2 pointes per 'muffin' and it was actually very filling.* Good luck

I have no clue......either something with chicken, or something with ground beef.* LOL....I'm leaning toward the chicken.* Chicken picante.* Just dump salsa over boneless skinless chicken breast and serve over rice or on tortillas.
