Default RE: Curves versus the Gym

I had that same problem with the gym membership.* I had gotten my friend to join up with me cause I didnt want to go alone..then she went for a couple weeks with me and she quit.* I have been a member of Curves and I liked it.* But again I was going by myself and so I quit going cause I got bored.* Im kind of on the shy side so I didnt really meet anyone while I was there and plus the women that went there always seemed to have a friend with them.* But if you dont mind going at it alone...I think Curves would be a really good way to go.* I think they have a really good workout environment with the music and all that.

I have a lifetime membership with a gym and I* never go.* I have contemplated joining curves but I decided against it because I have what I need at the gym.* I just have to make my mind up about going.

To be honest, you have to try it. Curves might be good for you!! I have a friend who was a member at a gym and decided to go to curves and quit both. So it's all about the individual person.

Default Curves versus the Gym

Hello Everyone,
*
I have a membership to the gym but can't seem to motivate my self to go.** I am considering signing up for Curves.* I think with the structure there that I will be more motivated to go.*** Anyone have any opinions on this subject or is anyone a member of Curves?* I would love to here what you have to say.
*
Mary,
These boards are very slow and lonely on the weekend I pop in every now and then so I will help to do my part to keep them up and jumping.**
*
Thank you everyone,
Becky
