I had a bad eating day Saturday,so I decided to start fresh on Sunday. Worked on my portions and low fat snacks.Will exercise today too.

How is everyone doing?

I had an OK Sunday.* I made my turkey chili which I must say was very good.* I don't know what I am going to cook for dinner tomorrow.* I really need to plan this today that way I am prepared.*

Well, looks like this may turn out to be a pretty good idea!!* At least we'll all know that we're not alone on weekends.

Just a note...the opening post on here I made in the morning, but all the others I made were in the afternoon or evening.* The post shows them as being in the morning.* I've reported the glitch, but I just wanted you*everybody to know that the support has been ongoing throughout the day.

Ok, this is officially the first entry or our new weekend support forum.* I hope this will help us weekenders who need a little extra.
I spent a big part of yesterday cooking, so I'm not cooking today.* I had some*Raisin Bran*for breakfast.* We're gonna get dressed in a bit and go out for a drive, then I'm gonna get Micheal to take me out to dinner...someplace where I can get some seafood.* Now that will fit into my diet quite well.* And I'll take a couple of bottles of water with me on our drive.
